October Sky Switch Grass is a native warm-season ornamental grass with an upright habit and arching fine blue-green foliage that turns soft yellow gold in fall. In summer stems holding airy clusters create a cloud of tiny rosy-purple flowers above the foliage which turn brown in fall and persist through winter. Prefers part sun and moist well-drained soils.
