Penny Denim Jump Up Viola is a hardy compact uniform perennial with tight branches and toothed green heart-shaped leaves leaves. The fragrant flowers are a deep velvet blue to violet-blue have a brighter blue to violet face have a light halo around the dark blotch and contrasting yellow eye.
