Renaissance Boxwood is a low mounding evergreen shrub with fine dark green leaves that holds its color well in winter. Small clusters of green-cream flowers bloom in spring. Prefers part shade and well-drained soils, as it is prone to burning if planted in full sun. Drought tolerant once established. The BetterBoxwood series is blight resistant.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low maintenance. Some susceptibility to blight and leaf spots. Root rot can be a problem in poorly drained soils. The main pests are leaf miners, psyllids and mites. New growth is susceptible to winter damage.
